Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our taxi service. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all our clients, please review our booking and cancellation policy:
Booking Policy:
- Reservations can be made up to 4 hours prior to the desired start time.
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all information entered during the booking process is accurate and truthful.
- Prior to making a booking, clients must check mark a box indicating that they have confirmed the entered information and have read and understood the privacy policy, booking and cancellation policy, and terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we do our best to be accommodating. However, we require the cooperation and understanding of our clients in adhering to the cancellation policy.
- Client Responsibility:
- Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful.
- It is the client's responsibility to be ready and available at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
